ANSWER :

1. The members of Microsoft Office 2007 and it's punction :
a. Ms. Word => to make a document or file, that can be accessed at a later time and modified as necessary. Documents can be printed out at any stage.
b. Ms. Excel => to create custom formulas to perform calculations on their data. Excel also contains built-in formulas called functions that make it easy to perform common calculations on data.
c. Ms. Power Point => for making visual aids for presentations.
d. Ms. Publisher => to allow the user to manage such functions as kerning, text-flow and the positioning of graphics on the page layout.
e. Ms. Access => to calculate expressions, locate information and evaluate records.
f. Ms. Infopath => to create rich, dynamic forms that teams and organizations can use to gather, share, reuse, and manage information — improving collaboration and decision-making throughout your organization.
g. Ms. Onenote => for free-form information gathering and multi-user collaboration

2. Function of the members of Pull Down menu in Ms Word 2007 :
a. Home : the most important Tab in Microsoft Word 2007,
b. Insert : just like we did on the Home Tab, to insert shape, and another else
c. Page Layout : The Page layout tab is where you can change the appearance of the entire Word document
d. References : to enter your document sources, citations and choose a style like APA, MLA etc. On the References tab you will find things like Table of Contents, Footnotes, Citations & Bibliography, Table of Figures, Captions, Indexes and Table of Authorities.
e. Mailing : to write a customized letter or flier to all your customers in one shot. Each letter has the same kind of information, yet the customer content is unique typically provided by a data source
f. Review : You can have the Spelling and Grammar feature, the Research option, Thesaurus and Translation functionality to help you improve your documents
g. View : to change your document views
